Купила максимального размера обруч. Продавец положил его в простой пакет с пупыркой. Не укрепил чем то плоским и сам пакет был на 0,5 см уже диаметра. В результате товар был отправлен немного сплющенным. По дороге обруч ращломился и провал пакет. Открыли спор. Я потребовала вернуть деньги частично. Буду склеивать поломанное. Деньги 2/3 стоимости вернули. Спор решён в мою пользу.
